But Kanye West still caused a scene with his own overhead PDA session at the Cannes Film festival, when he was caught on camera making out with and grabbing the derrière of a mystery hot blonde out on his hotel terrace for all to see.
So was this just the latest stunt for the "Gold Digger" singer?
The attention-loving rapper did seem to be enjoying the moment. The unidentified female, dressed shorts and a silk white blouse, also doesn't seem to mind as she turns and gives the cameras some seriously sexy eyes.
And then proceeded to give Kanye some serious tongue action (they are in France, after all).
Perhaps the outdoor smoochfest is all just a ploy for revenge on his ex, Amber Rose? The shorn and curvy model, now dating rapper Wiz Khalifa, is on the cover of the upcoming issue of King magazine, where she compared West and Khalifa in an interview, saying West isn't really all that.
"There's no comparisons in personalities," she said. "You know when people say how do you go from Kanye to Wiz Khalifa, that's a downgrade. But the only question I can ask them is: Have you ever dated Kanye? Because I have, and believe me, I did not downgrade at all. Not in any aspect, at all."
In between steamy makeout sessions, West is in Cannes working, last night performing for over an hour for guests including Leonardo DiCaprio and Bradley Cooper at a Red Granite Pictures party.
