Matthew "MDot" Finley, star of the Disney Channel movie Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam, has been discharged from a Los Angeles-area hospital after a horrific motorcycle crash last month.
Finley's rep, Eric Ortner tells E! News that the 23-year-old actor has left UCLA Medical Center, is now resting at home and is in good spirits.

Matthew "Mdot" Finley is lucky to be alive.
The actor, who appeared alongside Demi Lovato and the Jonas Brothers in Disney's Camp Rock 2, is continuing to receive treatment at UCLA Medical Center after he lost control of his motorcycle last week and found himself at the bottom of a 100-foot cliff in Malibu.
