Remember when Joe Francis released footage of two girls agreeing to be filmed for Girls Gone Wild, effectively disputing their legal claim that they absolutely did not "consent to any use of their likeness or image"?
Well, now the babes have dropped their lawsuit, according to a statement from Francis' publicist. Yep, done, over, just like that...no monies paid, just a nudge and a change of heart.
Only, all is not yet well for the flesh peddler. He's still facing tax troubles and six felony counts of prostitution, conspiracy and using minors in a sexual performance, stemming from a GGW video filmed at a Panama City beach motel during spring break 2003.
