La figlia della star, la ventunenne Jane Carrey, è in attesa del suo primo figlio con il fidanzato Alex Santana, secondo quanto confermato a E! News da Marleah Leslie, la portavoce dell’attore.
La giovane donna, l’unica figlia di Carrey, è la cantante della Jane Carrey Band, mentre il futuro papà si fa chiamare "Nitro" nel suo gruppo rock Blood Money.
“Sono molto emozionato”, ha detto il futuro nonno. “Jane sarà un’ottima mamma”.
La madre di Jane è la prima moglie della star di Yes Man, Melissa Womer, dalla quale l’attore divorziò nel 1997. Carrey è il compagno di Jenny McCarthy dal dicembre del 2005.
