Serious Pimp Apparel slapped Jersey Shore's Mike Sorrentino with a lawsuit saying The Situation swindled the company out of thousands of dollars.

Reports claim that according to their deal, Sorrentino received a $25,000 advance from the clothing company in return for promotions of their stuff on his Facebook, Twitter and other media platforms.
Mike and his brother also had the right to approve T-shirt designs, but allegedly never did so and simply vanished without returning the money.
Well, Sitch's camp is denying these allegations completely, telling E! News, "All terms of the contract with Serious Pimp were completed and there is nothing further to discuss."
