After all, Deena Cortese's parents didn't exactly looked pleased to be picking up their daughter at a Seaside Heights, N.J., police station, on Sunday following the 25-year-old Jersey Shore star's arrest a few hours earlier on a disorderly conduct charge.
"Deena walked out of a bar by herself and started to dance in traffic. An unidentified driver was attempting to drive around her and she wouldn't let him pass," Detective Steve Korman from the Seaside Police Department told E! News about what went down yesterday in New Egypt, N.J.
"An officer arrested her and she was charged with disorderly conduct. She was processed and released."
Yep. Released into the waiting arms of good old Mom and Dad. Well, hands, at least.
Seaside Heights Municipal Court tells E! News that Cortese is currently scheduled to appear in court on July 3. However, if Cortese gets an attorney, that date will change.
