Despite her smiles, Hudson has some tough times soon approaching—the jury selection was just completed for the Chicago trial of William Balfour, the man accused of shooting and killing Hudson's mother, brother and 7-year-old nephew in 2008.
Last week, E! News confirmed Jennifer could possibly take the stand in her family's trial. A criminal defense attorney also told E! News that her presence could indeed affect the proceedings.
