Jaime Pressly Arrested for DUI

UPDATE: A police source confirms to E! News that Pressly blew a .22 in a preliminary alcohol test taken at the scene before being arrested.

Her name is busted.
Former My Name is Earl star Jaime Pressly was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence Wednesday night in Los Angeles, E! News confirms.
So what happened?

The TV thesp was stopped by Santa Monica's finest around 11 p.m. after cops noticed her committing an unknown traffic violation.
Pressly was given a field sobriety test and arrested on the scene. She was hauled off to the Santa Monica jail where she was held on $15,000 bail (much higher, incidentally, than the typical $5,000 bail for such an offense). There's no word yet on what the actress' blood-alcohol level was at the time of the bust, but there's some good news: there was reportedly no drugs found in her car at the time.
She was booked and released this morning at 6:30 a.m.
The 33-year-old actress is married to entertainment lawyer Simran Singh and has a son Dezi from previous boyfriend, Eric Cubiche. She's due back in court Feb. 7.
