We've always known that Jada Pinkett Smith brings boundless passion to her projects: Hawthorne, Ali, The Matrix Reloaded.

But she's also never short on passion for her convictions.

Will Smith's other half—and Super Mama to next-gen Hollywood royalty Jaden Smith and Willow Smith—chatted up E! News' Giuliana Rancic about a cause that is close to her heart: putting an end to the exploitation and sex trafficking of women and children around the world.

Jada recently created the "Don't Sell Bodies" campaign to raise awareness of this issue, and you might be heartened to know how she got involved in the first place.

For more of our exclusive interview with Jada Pinkett Smith, check out E! News tonight at 7 and 11:30 p.m.

Jada tells Giuliana that it was actually Willow who first sparked in her the fire of activism for the cause when the 11-year-old approached her after watching Kony 2012, which opened the youngster's eyes to childhood sex trafficking.

Willow told Jada she wanted to do something about it, and—after doing her own research into the issue—Jada herself was impossibly moved by these women's stories, and has since vowed to do what she could to help.

She's got some terrific allies: Also on board for the campaign is Salma Hayek, and the two have collaborated on a music video—which Salma directed and which stars Jada—that forces the issue front and center into the public consciousness.

But her most avid champion, she says, has been hubby Will, who's been "rolling with me to a lot of events" and providing much-needed emotional support.

"He's amazing because he wants to lend his support in every way," she says. "Because in order to combat this, we need our men....We need our soldiers...Let me tell you, I love girl power, but ain't nothin' like having some muscle behind you! Willy's got some big ones!"

We ain't gonna argue with that!
