Yes, you might need a Kleenex.

Melrose Place's Jack Wagner has been making headlines after his engagement with Heather Locklear was called off, but now he's in the spotlight for a much more heartwarming story, as E! News learns that the soap star was confronted by a daughter he never knew he had.

According to reports, Wagner was ready to rock the stage with Rick Springfield at a concert in Boca Raton, Fla., earlier this month when he came face-to-face with a 23-year-old young woman named Kerry right before the show, who told him that he was her father.

We're sure the actor was stunned, but more so, he was extremely touched. Wagner invited Kerry to another show the following day, where he told the crowd, "Some of you have seen me, on the boat or around, I've been walking around with this beautiful girl and my daughter found me," and pulled her onstage.

That's when she started crying—and shortly after, we did, too.

Kerry reportedly grew up in New York City with foster parents—although Wagner's rep tells E! News that he did not put her up for adoption—and hired some private investigators to help track down her biological parents.

His rep tells us that the "two reuniting is a wonderful story," and they are expected to spend Thanksgiving together.
