Good thing Jack Osbourne has always had a fighting spirit.

Less than two months after he and fiancée Lisa Stelly welcomed their first daughter, Pearl Clementine, the 26-year-old new dad has been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, his rep confirmed to E! News.

According to People magazine, Jack received the news of his diagnosis just two weeks after baby Pearl was born.

"I was just angry and frustrated and kept thinking, 'Why now?'" Jack tells People. "I've got a family and that's what's supposed to be the most important thing."

Jack also revealed to Hello! magazine that he received his diagnosis after he lost 60 percent of his vision in his right eye and that he was confirmed to have the autoimmune disease—which attacks the brain and central nervous system—by a neurologist last month.

"While I was waiting for the final results, I got really, really angry. Then I got really sad for about two days, and after that I realized: 'Being angry and upset is not going to do anything at this point—if anything it's only going to make it worse,'" Osbourne told Hello!. "'Adapt and overcome' is my new motto."

Luckily, the reality alum isn't facing his battle alone, and in addition to his tight-knit family is crediting his "super supportive" fiancée with helping him through.

Jack's treatment will include a combination of daily drug treatments, holistic therapies and lifestyle changes to reduce his stress and get as healthy as he can be.

"Please support my brother @mrjacko in not only his bravery but honesty!" Kelly Osbourne tweeted. "I love you so much jack & I'm so proud of you!"

Best of luck to Jack and his family as the he undergoes treatment.
