The baby boy, whose name has not been released, is healthy, says a rep for Guy. So is mom Jacqui, who delivered him yesterday morning at London's Portland Hospital a few days ahead of schedule, reports the Mirror.
"Mother and baby are doing well," Guy's rep told E! News.
Guy, 42, reportedly delivered the baby news to ex-wife Madonna, who sent flowers to congratulate her ex-hubby and Jacqui, 29. The new addition to the family is half-brother to Rocco, 11, Guy's son with Madge.
Even though their divorce was ugly for some time, the Material Girl seems to have come around, thanking her ex for his support after she received bad reviews for her film W.E. when it premiered at the Venice Film Festival last week.
"I was and am attracted to very creative people," she said. "That's why I married Sean Penn and Guy Ritchie, two very talented directors, and they both encouraged me as a director and as a creative person to do what I did. They were both very supportive."
Guy and his baby mama, also a Brit, hooked up after his ugly divorce from the Queen of Pop in 2008.
