Is it just us, or does Jenny McCarthy sorta look like Jessica Simpson here...or a blow-up doll in haute couture. Same diff?

Either way, JMcC looks too fab at her B.F.'s Yes Man premiere in Westwood, supersleek and chic in a dark-blue number. We adore how funny women nowadays are some of the most coveted babes out there, from crude comedian Jenny's blond bombshell to Tina Fey's sexy librarian look.

We maybe woulda lost some volume in McCarthy's coif, but this MILF will probably still be quite doable when she's a grandma. Jim Carrey sure knows how to choose women. Why can't he do the same with his movies?
