If Paris Hilton hasn't given her mother, Kathy, enough to worry about over the years, along comes a pregnancy scare.
Promos for this week's The World According to Paris show the 30-year-old hotel heiress telling her mom that she thinks she may be pregnant with then-boyfriend Cy Waits' baby. Kathy wasn't thrilled.

Break out the bleu—er, blue. The Travoltas are having a boy!
Providing a nice bit of karmic full-circularity, a rep for John Travolta and Kelly Preston has confirmed that the much-deserving couple are expecting a son. (And, for the last time, not twins.)
There's been no word on a due date since the 47-year-old's pregnancy was announced back in May, but the little tyke will join big sister Ella Bleu, 10, (and kid-at-heart John, 56) when he arrives.
The superstar couple celebrated the impending stork delivery with 40 pals at an appropriately hue-themed shower cohosted by Forest Whitaker's wife, Keshia, earlier this month at their Los Angeles home.
