It's Snooki, from MTV's Jersey Shore!
The self-proclaimed guidette has had quite a summer at the shore. She was arrested just a few weeks ago and snagged herself a new boyfriend, apparently.
Maybe she's started a trend among her castmates? With her arrest, that is, not the flashing. Fellow Jersey boy Ronnie Ortiz-Magro was busted yesterday afternoon for unpaid parking tickets.
