Well, Lindsay Lohan is laughing all the way back to her Venice Beach pad, because the starlet has once again avoided the slammer. And it looks like the ladies of Lynwood Correctional Facility are going to have to wait a while before they see their dear pal Linds...
The Keeping Up With the Kardashians screening parties came to a halt today as Judge Stephanie Sautner told the starlet that she is restricted to one visitor at a time, in addition to family members.
But she can still somehow legally celebrate her Most Valuable Partyer status with cocktails...
Taking this week's Party Foul is a guy whose name we don't actually know.
But we do know one thing about the dude: He tried to get his hands on Justin Bieber!
Justin was promoting his new fragrance Someday at the Macy's in New York City's Herald Square this morning, when an unidentified fan jumped the barricade and hauled into Selena Gomez's man.
Luckily, injuries were described as "minor" and the man was escorted away by the NYPD.
Nobody hurts our Bieber and gets away with it, so the Party Foul of the Week goes to you, you big bully!
