Lindsay Lohan Shows Up at Deposition Despite Late-Night Partying

Despite partying until 2 a.m. last night at Chateau Marmont in West Hollywood with mom Dina, Lindsay Lohan finally attended her DUI deposition today.
At 10:21 a.m., Lindsay arrived at an attorney's office in Venice, CA, in a black SUV, wearing sunglasses and remaining silent as shutterbugs peppered her with questions.
Earlier today, her lawyer promised E! News she would attend after two previously failed attempts...
She had missed the first two scheduled depositions stemming from a lawsuit after her DUI arrest in 2007.
Linds is being sued by three male passengers who were in the car at the time of her arrest and claim she held them hostage while she went for a joyride.
Meanwhile, Monday was a late night for her estranged dad, Michael Lohan, as well. He was spotted outside Industry around 2 a.m.
This is the same guy who crashed Lindsay's apartment with the cops in tow to check on youngest daughter Ali after he was concerned about Lindsay's party lifestyle being a bad influence on the 15-year-old.
