A miniskirt isn't the only way to show off great gams: This season, celebs are opting for the lean silhouette of the high-waisted skirt, which can make even the shortest girl achieve model heights.
When selecting a high-waisted skirt, BCBG creative genius Max Azria suggests looking for darker shades to guarantee a slender shape. "Stay away from bold prints and patterns," he recommends. And since the skirt is a statement within itself, tops should be tucked, but there's nothing wrong with slipping in a scene-stealing accessory, according to Azria. "Large buckle belts are a good match." We feel taller already!
