Hayden Panettiere's Parents Call It Quits

Hayden Panettiere's mother and father have officially headed to splitsville.
Just a few years after Alan Panettiere made headlines for a domestic-violence incident with wife Lesley, she has filed for divorce from her hubby of 21 years, E! News has confirmed.
So, what went down this time?

Specific details of the divorce are being kept under wraps, but Lesley did cite the popular "irreconcilable differences" explanation as the reason for the breakup in the papers filed Friday.
In addition to asking the court to restore her legal name back to Lesley Rosalind Vogel, the former Heroes star's mom also requested joint legal and physical custody of their 17-year-old son, Jansen.
As far as that past domestic-violence incident, back in 2008, Alan was arrested at the family's West Hollywood home and was later charged with misdemeanor spousal battery. After pleading no contest, Hayden's father was placed on probation for two years, ordered to pay $400 to the state's domestic violence fund, and was made to enroll and complete a 52-week domestic violence treatment program.
