Instead of getting, she's asking fans to give.
"For my b-day I have set up a donation page @ http://www.aspca.org/katyperry The voice for ANIMALS! Give if u can!" Katy tweeted today.
The two spent her pre-birthday weekend at Manhattan's Dream Hotel, where they sipped nonalcoholic drings and requested bananas from room service.
On Saturday, Katy and Russell lent their voices and faces to another cause when they hit Occupy Wall Street. The couple biked down to NYC's Zuccotti Park, where protestors have been camped out for more than a month, and met up with Russell Simmons.
Katy posted a link to the Occupy livestream video on her Twitter, while her funnyman hubby shared his support for the movement against financial inequality via his website.
