Paltrow stars as Kelly Canter, a country music superstar embarking on a comeback tour after—what else?—a stint in rehab. To add some buzz to her tour, her manly manager (McGraw) enlists upstart Chiles Stanton (Meester) as an opening act instead of the cute, worthy country singer who actually cares about Canter as a person. The competition and jealousy heats up between the two women as they're forced to share a stage, and before we know it, it's all too much for Kelly to handle. Cue the drunken poll dancing.
