Guess Who's Having a Really, Really Bad Hair Day!

OK. Um. Wow. We're not even really sure where to begin with this one.

We could just say that this pop star is simply having a bad hair day, but that would probably be the understatement of the year.

And while she has certainly had some ups and downs when it comes to her locks, this latest look might just be the most, well, toxic.

So who is it?

It's Britney Spears!

Evidently some of her hair extensions must have felt they had over-extended their welcome and opted to skip this trip to Crate & Barrel in L.A.
