E! News has obtained the birth certificate filled out by Mariah Yeater, who claims that Justin Bieberis the father of her nearly 4-month-old son—the result of a backstage one-night stand that took place, er, roughly 13 months ago.
Bieber's camp has called Yeater's paternity suit demanding that the 17-year-old popthrob take a DNA test "malicious, defamatory and demonstrably false." But who did Yeater list as her baby's father when he was born?
That space, wouldn't you know, was left blank.
So, per the legal document, is that Mariah Laci Yeater, 20, gave birth to her son on July 6 at 6:38 a.m. Period.
Along with a mention of his brand new Christmas album, Bieber also appeared to address this current disturbance in the force via Twitter today.
"With this album Im giving portion of the proceeds to #charity ... Im trying to help #GIVEBACK..nothing will stop me from that focus. NOTHING," he wrote. "So Im going to ignore the rumors...and focus on what is real. an opportunity to help by doing what i love. Judge me on the music! Love yall!"
