It seems like not all of Hollywood sells their digs just to make a profit and move into an even bigger estate. Sometimes, there's just too many problems to deal with (it's almost as if they're just like us!).
This 8,500 square-foot Beverly Hills home has been put on the market after it's owner had it up to here with its continuous water damage. Can you guess who it is?

The singer took legal action in August when she sued a real estate company, the property inspector and the former owner of the house, claiming that those involved with the sale failed to inform her that the home was "laden with construction defects."
Now she's just trying to get the eight bedroom, 10 bath house off her hands. Seriously. Ri-Ri listed the property at $4.5 million, almost $2.5 million less than what she got it for!
