Greg Kinnear's Little Miss Sunshine

Now this is really as good as it gets.

Greg Kinnear and his wife, Helen, a former model, welcomed their second child together Tuesday in Los Angeles, a daughter whom they've named Audrey Mae, per the actor's publicist, Matt Labov.

The couple, who have been married since 1999, also have a two-and-a-half-year-old daughter, Lily Kathryn.

"Mother and daughter are healthy and resting comfortably," Labov told People magazine. "Everyone's very happy."

Kinnear and Helen, 36, swapped vows at a medieval-era church in Sussex, England, after a six-year courtship.

Kinnear, 42 (until he turns 43 on Saturday), originally took center stage as the host of E!'s Talk Soup before breaking out on the big screen in the 1995 remake of Sabrina. He was nominated for an Academy Award for his role as a gay painter rebuilding his life and warding off Jack Nicholson's barbs in 1997's As Good as It Gets.

Up next is the indie film Little Miss Sunshine, in which he plays the patriarch of a family quickly coming apart at the seams, and Richard Linklater's Fast Food Nation, playing a fast food executive who discovers some unsavory details about what his company has been serving up. The film debuted at the Cannes Film Festival and is set for a fall release. Ethan Hawke, Patricia Arquette, Kris Kristofferson and Wilmer Valderrama also star.
