Great Scott! Back to the Future Turns 25!
Whoa, this is heavy.
Michael J. Fox has pulled the DeLorean out of mothballs and regrouped with the team behind Back to the Future to mark the 25th anniversary of the classic time-traveling flick.
Heck, there was even a cake.

Fox joined costars Christopher Loyd and Leah Thompson, director Robert Zemeckis and the soundtrack's "Power of Love"-providing Huey Lewis at Guastavino's in New York City last night to celebrate the movie and mark the new anniversary-edition release of the trilogy on DVD and Blu-ray.
And, a quarter-century later, Fox still can't escape his iconic role.
"You're walking in the street in Bhutan in the Himalayas and someone will go, 'Marty McFly!' " said Fox.
"It's so awesome. I mean really. The idea that we did something that people still want to celebrate, come out, have fun, show their kids and their grand kids. It's a most gratifying experience," added Thompson, who played Marty's mom and brought her own teenage daughter along with her.
Not bad for a flick originally called Spaceman From Pluto.
The landmark building hosting the Back to the Future bash was decorated to look like the film's clock, tower while partygoers marveled at a souped-up DeLorean parked out front, flux capacitor included.
"It's great to have a film have a life and mean so much to so many people over so many years," said Lloyd. "I'm very proud to be a part of this project."
The comic actor received another treat as his pals helped him ring in his 72nd birthday.
The Back to the Future DVD/Blu-ray is in stories today, with tons of bonus footage, including a new making-of documentary and deleted scenes—like rarely seen footage of a young Eric Stoltz playing Calvin Klein Marty before Zemeckis replaced him with Fox
