Grammy-Winning Singer Faith Evans Busted on Suspicion of DUI

Faith Evans has been arrested for allegedly driving under the influence.
The 37-year-old Grammy-winning singer was busted on suspicion of DUI Saturday night after being stopped at a drunken-driving checkpoint near Marina Del Rey, California.
Evans, widow of rapper the Notorious B.I.G., was released about four hours later.
This isn't the first time the "I'll Be Missing You" songbird landed in hot water with authorities while driving. In 2004, Evans was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and cocaine during a traffic stop in Atlanta, along with record company exec hubby Todd Russaw.
The couple later spent 13 weeks in an addiction treatment program, following the incident.
