This season, Glee continues to go where most TV shows about high school don't—deep into parental territory.

First, Jeff Goldblum and Brian Stokes Mitchell are joining the fun as the two fathers of Lea Michele's Rachel Berry, and then, we'll meet the mother of Naya Rivera's Santana, to be played by Gloria Estefan.

The Cuban-born artist, whose brand-new video for her song "Hotel Nacional" premieres right here tomorrow, told E! News that she is "so excited" about being on one of her favorite shows.

"I'm a big gleek myself, everybody in the family is," Estefan says. "When they invited us to be a part of this, I thought, how lovely, to be a part of a show that brought back musicals!"

And Estefan, whose "Don't Wanna Lose You Now" was sung by Amber Riley's Mercedes last night, isn't the only one bringing a little bilingual flavor to the Fox show. Ricky Martin debuted last night as McKinley High's new Spanish teacher, David Martinez.

In addition to loving the "amazing arrangements" of new and classic hits that Glee packs in on a weekly basis, Estefan says that she's "a big Ryan Murphy fan."

"I watched Nip/Tuck, I love American Horror [Story]—I'm a big fan of his," gushed the singer. "So it was a real thrill to be a part of Glee and be invited. I can't wait, I'm really looking forward to it."

So are we, Santana's mom!

Gloria Estefan's "Hotel Nacional" video premieres exclusively on E! Online tomorrow at 5 p.m. PT/8 p.m. ET
