Giuliana Rancic, who announced she was battling breast cancer in October, has decided to undergo a double mastectomy and immediate reconstruction. But in typical Giuliana style, she is turning her personal struggle into a positive message.

Giuliana Rancic's husband believes that her battle against breast cancer will only make her stronger.
While Bill Rancic, a tried-and-true problem solver (he's got The Apprentice title to prove it), says he wishes he could "trade places" with his wife after all she's been through.
"She's been through so much with the IVF, the miscarriage and now this," he tells E! News. "But she's a fighter and will come back stronger and better than before."
Then it's a good thing Giuliana has Bill around to make sure she's recuperating!

Giuliana Rancic has unsuccessfully gone through in vitro fertilzation twice now in hopes of having a baby, but she's not giving up just yet.
The E! News and Fashion Police host tells me that she and hubby Bill Rancic will give the treatment another go.
"We're definitely going to do IVF again in the near future," G. told me while hosting Nivea's 100 Year Haus party in NYC yesterday. "If it doesn't work, that will have been three times—but I think third time's a charm. I feel good about the third time!"
Fingers crossed that it works for her, but if not, they know they'll have a child one way or another...

Giuliana Rancic still wants to have a baby. Even so, my E! News pal and her hubby, Bill, have decided to take a break from trying—well, a break from using IVF treatments to make it happen.
"Bill and I agree this is a year of fun and we're not going to talk about it,' Giuliana told me earlier today. "But you can't turn it off. I do always think about it and it is something we will get back into when the time is right. Right now, it's been a really nice healthy break."

In the face of her heartbreaking loss, Giuliana Rancic is finding strength to help others.
After taping The View (which airs Friday) and talking about her recent miscarriage, the E! News host discussed the issue on tonight's show.
The Style reality star, whose struggle to conceive has been well documented on Giuliana & Bill, is speaking out in hopes of reminding folks that there shouldn't be any stigma surrounding miscarriages.

The couple dropped the bombshell in an episode of The View set to air Friday.
"It's hard to talk about. This is actually the first time we are talking about this, because nobody knew we were pregnant. And it was really scary," Giuliana tells host Barbara Walters.
