Gavin DeGraw Hospitalized After New York Attack

Singer was being brutally assaulted late Sunday night

The artist most well-known for his One Tree Hill theme song has been hospitalized.

E! News confirms that Gavin DeGraw was taken to Bellevue Hospital after being brutally assaulted in New York City late Sunday night.

A spokesperson for the NYPD says the incident included a group of males and took place at 4:30 a.m. He also informed us that this is an ongoing investigation and no arrests have been made.

DeGraw has reportedly suffered facial lacerations and a possible broken nose.
