Frankie Muniz is engaged to girlfriend Elycia Turnbow, the 25-year-old former Malcolm in the Middle star confirmed over the weekend via Twitter.
"After 4 years together, I'm so happy to be ENGAGED to the love of my life @ElyciaMarie!!!," Muniz wrote, adding, "Thank you everyone for the nice messages. @elyciamarie and I appreciate it!"
As for the bride-to-be's side of the story: "It's official.. I'm engaged!!!" she tweeted Saturday.
And the bloom wasn't off the rose by Sunday, either, with Muniz writing, "Watching football with my fiancee.... Go AZ Cardinals!"
The game ended up sucking, according to the actor, but it sounds as if his couch companion more than made up for it.
Muniz and his bride-to-be seemingly went through quite the a rough patch earlier this year, with Turnbow alleging in a police report that the actor held a gun to her head during a fight, and Muniz calling 911 to say his girlfriend was trashing his house and had hit him in the face.
Days later, however, his rep said that the couple were still together and "moving forward with their lives and their relationship."
