SLAMMER TIME: A judge slapping DMX with a seven-day jail sentence Wednesday, after the rapper pleaded guilty Tuesday to driving with a suspended license last April. DMX is already serving a 70-day sentence after pleading guilty to a separate charge last month.
REMEMBERED: Wendie Jo Sperber, best known for her roles as Tom Hanks' pal in Bosom Buddies and as Michael J. Fox's sister in Back to the Future, has died of breast cancer at age 47.
RE-STARRED: Gregory Peck getting a replacement star on Hollywood's Walk of Fame Wednesday after the late actor's star was stolen sometime earlier this month.
FOR THE KIDS: Alicia Keys and Bono teaming up to record the single "Don't Give Up (Africa)," and will donate all proceeds to Keep A Child Alive, which provides medicine to families infected with AIDS and the HIV virus.

CHART ATTACK: System of a Down making history this week by becoming the first band to debut atop the charts twice in the same calendar year with different studio albums. The band's Hypnotize landed the number one spot, with 320,000 copies sold, per Nielsen SoundScan data.
PRETTY PAYCHECK: Julia Roberts topping the Hollywood Reporter's annual Power List of Hollywood's highest paid actress. Roberts still pulls in $20 million a film, according to the trade magazine.
