COUNTING CLONES: Star Wars: Episode II--Attack of the Clones netted an estimated $86.1 million over the three-day weekend--the third best ever, behind Spider-Man and Harry Potter. George Lucas' prequel has grossed $116.2 million since opening Thursday.

SHE DID SURVIVE: Vecepia Towery, the 36-year-old office manager from Portland, named the ultimate survivor in a 4-3 vote over Neleh Dennis as Survivor: Marquesas came to a close Sunday night.

COMING UP ROSIE: Rosie O'Donnell snagging her sixth consecutive Emmy as Outstanding Talk Show Host, while One Life to Live scored its first Emmy for Best Drama Series in its 34-year history on Friday at the 29th Annual Daytime Emmy Awards.

BOND-ING: Pierce Brosnan telling Reuters Television that he plans to make a fifth James Bond movie after Die Another Day, which hits theaters around Thanksgiving. "Would I do another one? I'd do another one, yes," he said.

TOMMY GOT BOOED: Bar patrons at a central Iowa dance club booing actor and comedian Tom Green off the stage Thursday night after he began yelling into the disc jockey's microphone and yelling phrases like, "In Iowa, we like to drink beer" over and over again. Green is on a cross-country skate-park tour.

PUMPING EDUCATION: Arnold Schwarzenegger helping to promote a 2002 California ballot initiative at a newspaper editors' conference in Anaheim, California, that would set aside more than $400 million for extracurricular activities and tutoring for students in kindergarten through ninth grade.

RAPPED: A judge ruling that a man accused of stalking hip-hopster Master P for more than three years will stand trial.

CODA: Songwriter Sharon Sheeley, best known for penning Ricky Nelson's first number-one hit, 1958's "Poor Little Fool," died in a Los Angeles hospital of complications following an aneurysm. She was 62.

SHOW OPENING EARLY: Interscope Records announcing late Friday that Eminem's new album, The Eminem Show, will be in stores May 28--a week earlier than expected. Label reps say the move was made after the album was leaked on the Internet.

IN SYNC: 'N Syncer Lance Bass recently undergoing an outpatient "surgical procedure" to correct an irregular heartbeat. The singer needed to correct his heartbeat to pass the intensive training required to hitch a ride on a Russian Soyuz rocket and visit the International Space Station, his publicist says.

WARMING UP: Tenor Luciano Pavarotti postponing yet another performance, this time in Manchester, England. He says he needs time to rehearse for an upcoming Three Tenors concert at the World Cup tournament in Japan in June.

TEAMING UP: Billy Bob Thornton, who's currently on a two-week nine-city concert tour, will open for Elvis Costello for jams in Minnesota, Michigan and Ohio.

MAC ATTACK: Bernie Mac signing on to costar in Head of State with Chris Rock, who also cowrote and is slated to direct the presidential comedy.

BACK BEAT: Ringo Starr signing a new record contract with Koch Entertainment is reportedly working on a new album for release next year to coincide with his next All-Star Band tour.
