BLAKE ADD: The Los Angeles Times reporting that Blake wanted to enlist fellow TV stars from the 1970s, including Love Boat captain Gavin MacLeod, Newhart's Suzanne Pleshette and Binoic Woman Lindsay Wagner, to help rally the public to his side before his murder trial.
