SHIELD THIS: Michael Chiklis named in a $1 million breach-of-contract. His ex-managers say Chiklis owes them commissions from his Emmy-winning gig on FX's The Shield.
IT'S OFFICIAL: Rachel Hunter, 34, filing for divorce from Rod Stewart, 57, citing irreconcilable differences. The couple, who married in 1990 and separated in 1999, have two young children.
HARRY HEIST: Some 7,000 copies of new Harry Potter books were stolen from a warehouse in the north of England on Sunday. No arrests have been made. Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix will be released at midnight on Friday.
LOVE AND MARRIAGE: CSI's William Petersen marrying his longtime girlfriend Gina Cirrone during a weekend ceremony in Italy.
SILENCED: Lollapalooza organizers canceling its opening date July 3 in Ionia, Michigan, due to "technical difficulties." Some suspect weak sales were behind the cancellation, only 4,000 tickets were sold. Instead, the show will open July 4 in Noblesville, Indiana.
FOOLED YA: John Malkovich tapped to star in the comedy Color Me Kubrick, the true story of a man who shmoozed his way into London's high society by pretending to be Stanley Kubrick in 1998-99, while the reclusive director was shooting of Eyes Wide Shut, according to the Hollywood Reporter.
REVIVED: CBS ordering 13 more episodes of Ted Danson's Becker for next season, report the trades, even though the show wasn't originally slated for the fall schedule.
BACK IN THE FOLD: Jennifer Lopez signing on with management company the Firm, a week after firing her manager Benny Medina (a move allegedly prompted by beau Ben).
LET'S GET IT ON: Jesse Ventura headlining an induction ceremony at the International Wrestling Institute and Museum this August. The former Minnesota governor and pro-wrestler will received the Frank Gotch Award for bringing honor and prestige to the world of professional wrestling.
MILKFED: Angelina Jolie the latest celeb posing for the "Got Milk?" campaign. The ad, which features a toned and trim Jolie in a black bikini as her alter ego Lara Croft, will bow in August.
MOURNED: Actor Hume Cronyn, the stage and screen veteran best remembered by contemporary moviegoers for his roles in the Cocoon movies and his marriage to the late Jessica Tandy, died of prostate cancer Sunday in Connecticut. He was 91.
FINAL RESPECTS: Close to 3,000 turning out for a public memorial held for Gregory Peck Monday in Los Angeles. Peck's To Kill a Mockingbird costar and longtime friend Brock Peters delivered the eulogy. Peck died Wednesday night at age 87.
