SICK BAY: Courtney Love love rushed to a New York hospital Friday for what her lawyer said was a "serious medical condition unrelated to drugs." Hospital officials would not comment, but an EMS team did respond to Love's New York apartment after receiving a call about a woman suffering a miscarriage.
IF THAT WASN'T BAD ENOUGH: Earlier in the day, Love failed to show up for arraignment in Los Angeles on a felony assault with a deadly weapon charge. The judge promptly issued an arrest warrant for the rocker, who turned 40 on Friday.
STICKING TO IT: Spider-Man 2 remained the nation's top movie for a second weekend, earning an estimated $46 million, spinning its overall gross to $257.2 million. Will Ferrell's Anchorman was second with $28 million and King Arthur rang up just $15.1 million in third.
HOMECOMING: Arnold Schwarzenegger visiting his hometown of Graz on Sunday after attending Saturday's funeral of Austrian President Thomas Klestil.
NOT HIS PREROGATIVE: R&B star Bobby Brown ordered to turn himself in to police in Alpharetta, Georgia, by Sunday to face charges he hit wife Whitney Houston. If he doesn't, a judge will issue an arrest warrant.
BRANDO BREAKDOWN: Marlon Brando leaving an estate worth $21.6 million. No word on how the holdings will be divided between the actor's 10 living children.
GOOD SPORT: Glen Campbell giving a free concert for 1,000 inmates at a Phoenix jail where he's serving a 10-day sentence for extreme drunken driving.
WHO'S BAD? A California judge on Friday reprimanding Michael Jackson for violating a gag order by publicly proclaiming his innocence to 1993 child-molestation allegations.
JACKSON ADD: The judge in Jackson's molestation case ordering the district attorney to take the stand to explain why a private investigator's office was searched.
BREAK OUT THE ICE PICK: Sharon Stone confirming to E! on Friday that she will star in Basic Instinct 2. The actress had sued producers in 2001 after the project fell apart, but she has now dropped the suit.
LOSING HIS FAITH: George Michael shutting down his Website chat room after losing patience with fans who continued to bash him in the forums, saying he was looking older, overweight and the quality of his new album Patience was subpar.
REMEMBERED: Jeff Smith, aka PBS' Frugal Gourmet, died in his sleep Wednesday from heart disease. He was 65.
