GUARDIAN ANGEL: Jaclyn Smith tells TV Guide she's beaten breast cancer. The actress, who was diagnosed last summer during a routine checkup, underwent a lumpectomy and chemo. She'll appear in this summer's Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle.

BETTER DAYS: Bobby Brown was sentenced to eight days in jail and lost his license for a year after pleading guilty Friday to a 1996 drunken-driving charge.

SEE YA! A judge in Van Nuys, California, has decided to let another Robert Blake walk. Jennifer Keller announced her intention to leave earlier this week after learning that Blake hoped to tape an in-jail interview with Barbara Walters.

GOOD INTENTIONS: The highly touted AIDS benefit to be hosted by Nelson Mandela and feature Bono and Elton John, among others, has been canceled due to production disputes.

NOT AGAIN: Fabolous was arrested for a second time in two days after the police say they found guns in a car he was riding in late Thursday night. The driver and another passenger were also arrested. The rapper, whose real name is John Jackson, was pulled over Wednesday for an illegal turn and found to be driving with a suspended license.

POWER OF THREE: The witchy women of the WB's Charmed celebrate their 100th episode this Sunday night at 8 p.m. ET.

CHANGING TIMES DOT-COM: A new Bob Dylan tune will premiere online at AOL today. "Cross the Green Mountain" was recorded for Gods and Generals, a civil war epic starring Jeff Daniels and Robert Duvall. The song will be available to all musically inclined Web users as of tomorrow.

TABLE FOR TWO: Mark Burnett will dish up the drama from a specially constructed New York eatery for his next reality series on NBC, The Restaurant. Cameras will focus on knife-wielding chef Rocco DiSpirito and his staff and the mini-dramas occuring between diners at each table.

THERE'S MORE, FOLKS: Fox has renewed the Simpsons for two more years and King of the Hill for one more year.

TWO MORE TERMS: NBC has renewed the West Wing for another two years with an option for a third, the network announced today. Costs are estimated at between $5 and $7 million per episode.

ROCK ROYALTY: Lisa Marie Presley's debut pop effort, To Whom It May Concern, will be released by Capitol Records on April 8.

SATISFACTION: The Rolling Stones' first live concert to be aired from New York's Madison Square Garden tomorrow night on HBO.

WILL & GRACE & FRIENDS: Madonna, Demi Moore and Minnie Driver among the big-name guest stars appearing on Will & Grace this season. Moore and Driver will show up during the upcoming February sweeps, and Madonna will pop in for May sweeps.

AUTOPSY RESULTS: According to the Miami-Dade medical examiner Maurice Gibb died due to a congenital condition which twisted his small intestine, cutting off blood to the bowels. A memorial service for the late Bee Gee was held at a Miami chapel on Wednesday.

POTTER GOLD: News of the fifth Harry Potter novel hitting bookshelves June 21 led to a frenzy of advance orders which put the book at the top of Amazon.com's best sellers list. Barnes and Noble plans to keep stores open until after midnight on June 20 to sell the book. Fans have had to wait three years since the last book about the boy wizard.

MUSICAL CHAIRS: Jay Boberg, president of MCA records, home to Mary J. Blige and the Roots, resigned yesterday. He's the second high-profile record industry exec to quit recently--Tommy Mottola announced he was leaving Sony last week.

EXECUTIVE SHUFFLE: AOL Time Warner CEO Dick Parsons voted to be the media giant's new chairman once Steve Case steps down in May.

GOOD DEED: The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research to hand out $2.6 million in grant money for research into the disease that afflicted the former Spin City star.

IT'S WEDDING THING: Jason Lee announced he was engaged to girlfriend Beth Riesgraf at the premiere of his movie A Guy Thing. It'll be the second marriage for the actor and a first for his fiancée.

GANG LEADER: Martin Scorsese to receive the Directors Guild of America's Lifetime Achievement Award on March 1, it was announced Thursday. He becomes just the 29th recipient of the guild's most prestigious honor.
