A VERY FOCKERS CHRISTMAS: Meet the Fockers earning $46.1 million to top the weekend box office, including a record $19.5 million on Christmas Day. Lemony Snicket dropped to second with $12.6 million, while Fat Albert bounced into third with $10 million, per studio figures released Monday.
HE'S KING OF THE ROAD: Prince topping all concert acts for 2004, raking in $87.4 million in 96 North American shows, according to Pollstar. Madonna came in second with $79.5 million via 39 gigs.
SHE COULDA BEEN AN EXECUTOR: Marlon Brando's former business manager filing a $3.5 million claim against his estate, alleging the Oscar winner sexually harassed her during her employment and breached their contract by removing her as a coexecutor of his will days before his death.
SHUSH: At least six of the country's top drug makers ordering employees not to speak to documentary filmmaker Michael Moore, according to the Los Angeles Times. Moore's next doc is an indictment of the HMO industry.

AY CARAMBA: The star of BBC America's cult hit The Office, Ricky Gervais, has been tapped to write an upcoming episode of The Simpsons. "It's the greatest show on Earth, and I'm sure that all I can do is make it slightly worse," he told London's Guardian.
STILL SUPER: The family of the late Christopher Reeve giving the actor's specially modified van to a 14-year-old Virginia boy. The van contains equipment that will allow the quadriplegic boy--who could previously only travel to school and the doctor's office--to go to church, attend school functions and visit friends and family.
SUPREME TREATMENT: A Connecticut police union charging the Greenwich police chief of giving preferential treatment to Diana Ross during her brief stint in jail for a DUI charge in February. Ross was allowed to use her cell phone and order food.
BACK TOGETHER: Eric Clapton telling BBC Radio last week that he and his '60s rock band Cream are planning to reunite for four shows at London's Royal Albert Hall next May. The guitar legend's reps have not confirmed the reunion.
BLAKE WATCH: Robert Blake's murder trial going on break for the holidays. It resumes on Tues., Jan. 4.
