HAVE MERCY: Ethan Hawke asking New Jersey's acting governor to grant clemency to a 65-year-old woman who has been in prison for more than 16 years for murdering her police officer-boyfriend because his mother knows her and "believes in her entirely."
SEASON'S GREETINGS: Lil' Kim wishing her fans happy holidays from behind bars in a handwritten letter viewable on her Website, www.lilkim.com. The rapper's charity, Lil' Kim Cares, working to donate toys to underprivileged kids in the Philadelphia area on Thursday.
B.I.G. TROUBLE: Three people were stabbed at the Manhattan record-release party for the new duets album from the late Notorious B.I.G.. Another person was shot outside the club, but police aren't sure if the incidents are related.
