TARGET: Police in Miami still searching for the man who shot rap mogul Marion "Suge" Knight in the leg early Sunday during a pre-party for the MTV Video Music Awards. Knight was not seriously injured.
MARRYING MAN: Robert Downey Jr. marrying producer Susan Levin Saturday on Long Island. Guests included Keanu Reeves, Billy Joel and Sting.
LIKE A VIRGIN: The 40-Year-Old Virgin remaining tops at the box office, taking in an estimated $16.4 million in its second week to squeak by the Matt Damon-Heath Ledger endeavor The Brothers Grimm, which debuted with a somewhat grim $15 million.
RERUN SEASON: Jury selection set for Monday in the civil wrongful death lawsuit brought by against Robert Blake by the family of his slain wife, Bonny Lee Bakley. The trial is expected to replay much of the evidence from the criminal case, in which Blake was acquitted of murder.
DIDDY WINS: A Michigan appeals court upholding Diddy's victory in a lawsuit that claimed he assaulted a television talk-show host.
CRASH BACKLASH: Eminem, his bus driver and his tour bus company sued for unspecified damages in a lawsuit stemming from a July car accident involving seven vehicles in Missouri.
SHARON STRIKES BACK: Sharon Osbourne admitting she cut Iron Maiden's power during an Ozzfest concert this summer after the band's lead singer, Bruce Dickinson, badmouthed her family. "Dickinson got what he deserved," she wrote in a letter to the band's manager.
MYSTERY SOLVED: A weeklong search for music producer Christian Julian Irwin ended Friday after he was found naked in a creek in Los Angeles. Irwin, who has worked with the likes of David Bowie and Queen Latifah, was described by police as "delusional" and has been hospitalized.
COLD TURKEY: Gretchen Wilson promising to stop flashing a can of chewing tobacco during her concerts after the Tennessee attorney general scolded the country star for her song "Skoal Ring."
