DIDN'T SAY IT: Michael Douglas claiming he was misquoted in a GQ article last month in which he questioned Pitt's decision to leave Jennifer Aniston to "go hold orphans" for Jolie.

STILL TICKING: Kiefer Sutherland signing an eight-figure deal to continue starring on Fox's 24 through May 2009. The deal also includes a two-year development deal for Sutherland's soon-to-be launched production banner.

ROBBED: NBC not expected to air any additional episodes of Heist after this week. The show losing about 800,000 viewers after moving to its new time slot opposite Lost.

DENIED: A Los Angeles judge turning down Robert Blake's request for a new trial in the civil wrongful death suit stemming from his wife's slaying.

BACK ON TRACK: Kate Moss starring in a new ad campaign for Calvin Klein, the company said Monday. Moss' contract worth a reported $900,000.

WHAT A TEAM: Nicollette Sheridan singing a duet with Michael Bolton on his upcoming CD, called "The Second Time Around." The couple got engaged in March; no wedding date has been set.

BAD TASTE: Designer Niklas J. Palm suing Melanie Griffith for allegedly refusing to pay almost $26,000 after he dressed her and her daughters for a red carpet event, and reneging on a promise to mention his name on the red carpet.

BROKEBACK FLACK: A Massachusetts correctional officer being disciplined for screening Brokeback Mountain for inmates at the state's largest prison because the film's explicit sexual content was deemed inappropriate.

ON BOARD: Danny DeVito launching a documentary channel on ClickStar, the broadband entertainment service founded by Morgan Freeman and producer Lori McCreary in 2005.

BOO! Comcast and Sony unveiling a new horror and thriller network this Halloween through video-on-demand in the first collaboration between the two companies to create new cable channels.

ON THE DOWNLOAD: Disney planning to start making some of its most popular programming, including Lost and Desperate Housewives, available for free online the day after the shows air, the Wall Street Journal reports.

GOING MOBILE: Warner Bros. and Fox teaming with Verizon Wireless to deliver Atomic Country, the graphic novel created by Adam Brody's character on The O.C., to mobile phone users.

FREEZING OUT THE COMPETITION: Ice Age: The Meltdown topping the box office for the second week in row, grossing an estimated $34.5 million in its sophomore weekend. Despite negative reviews, The Benchwarmers finished second with $20.5 million.

THEY DO! Actress Ali Landry married film director Alejandro Gomez Monteverde on Saturday in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, People reports. The couple reportedly met at Bible study last year and got engaged over Memorial Day weekend.

MALCOLM IN THE DRIVER'S SEAT: Frankie Muniz taking a break from acting to become a professional race-car driver. Muniz recently wrapped up the final episode of Malcolm in the Middle after seven years on the show.

STORK WATCH: Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie holing up at a secluded Namibian beach resort surrounded by tight security, prompting speculation that the couple's baby will be born in Africa.
