Justin Bieber nearly caused a state of emergency in Norway and gave himself a concussion walking into a glass wall in Paris, so his new "All Around the World" single totally makes sense.

On Monday, the 18-year-old singer released the third single from his upcoming album Believe. In the part pop, part hip-hop track, the Biebs collaborates once again with Ludacris. (Their hit single "Baby" was released in 2010, and it's still stuck in our heads.)

In the fast-paced, party track, Justin croons, "All around the world/ People want to be loved, yeah/ 'Cause all around the world/ They're no different than us."

"#AllAroundTheWORLD you ALL deserved to be LOVED!" he tweeted Monday. The song quickly rose to the second spot on iTunes, but J.B. wanted to be No. 1.

#AllAroundTheWorld is #2 on ITUNES!!!@carlyraejepson can i have that #1 spot...maybe?" he quipped. (Jepsen was the first artist signed to Bieber and manager Scooter Braun's label.) "haha. had to do it. Push for #1!"

This is the second promo single Bieber has released off of his upcoming studio album. Last week, "Die in Your Arms" debuted, and his official first single "Boyfriend" was released on March 26.

Believe will be released June 19.
