Feud Alert: Joel McHale vs....Haylie Duff?!
Unless your name is Ryan Seacrest, Tyra Banks, David Hasselhoff, Wendy Williams, Hoda Kotb, Kathie Lee Gifford or you have the title "former Dancing With the Stars castmember" attached to your résumé, we simply can't see why you would have a problem with E!'s resident funnyman Joel McHale (and even then, you had it coming).
Haylie Duff, then, seemingly should have nothing but love for The Soup host. But that's not exactly the case.

Which made for some curious on-set tension between McHale and tonight's Community guest star Hilary Duff while filming the NBC show.
"We just made fun of the show [Haylie] was on," McHale explained on the Today show this morning. "On The Soup we made a lot of fun of her."
And in particular, her cheesetastic, short-lived reality show, Legally Blonde The Musical: The Search for Elle Woods.
But come on, the man is only human.
So was McHale worried about coming face-to-face with her sister bestie?
"Not as worried as when I met David Hasselhoff…We made fun of her show, yes, so Haylie slapped me when she first met me and then it was over."
Oh, that joker. Um, right?
Later, when Joel doubled his Today show pleasure and stuck around to pop a cork with Hoda and Kathie Lee (who had their own beef to settle with the funny guy), he addressed the feud again, joking (we think?) that, "Haylie slapped me."
Well, with all those jokes, someone was bound to get hurt. We just didn't think it would be Joel.
