The polls are closed, folks.
And in a tight contest among all four finalists for best dressed, Selena Gomez in her formal-cazh shorts won out! It's hard for any starlet to pull off shorts on the red carpet, but this fashionista did it expertly.
Meanwhile, a poncho-clad Ashlee Simpson just barely edged out the tulle-and-satin hot mess that was Rose McGowan for worst dressed of the week. Better luck next time, Ash!
