Starlet Michelle Trachtenberg has really stepped up her style lately. So much so that her red carpet appearance last week in an ethereal Marchesa gown nabbed the Gossip Girl actress a best-dressed win. Keep the pretty coming, Miche!
And in the not-so-surprising department, Fergie took worst dressed for piling on all the trends in one outfit. We are loving the lightened locks, but when will the Black Eyed Pea learn that less is more?
