The newly fringed country star took best dressed of the week in her bright red strapless Porcelain dress, favorite peep-toe pumps, a matching red pout and her glossy, prehaircut waves pulled back into a loose bun. Sure, it gets old sometimes, but it's always pretty.
Unfortunately, another singer took worst dressed of the week. Aussie star Kylie Minogue's sheer curtain gown with strappy back was a hot mess. What was she thinking?! Let's hope this daring fashionista bounces back soon!
