Last week's big winner was Selena Gomez, rocking an adorable shorts with some killer sandals as she performed onstage just after her medical scare. The starlet takes a licking but keeps on ticking—stylishly, natch.
Meanwhile, fashion challenged Mischa Barton was once again voted worst dressed. She just barely edged out a tough field that included ridiculous-looking Jennifer Lopez and hot mess Lucy Liu. Better luck next time, Meesh!
