Fashion Police: The Winners Are Fergie and Emma Watson

The polls are closed, fashionistas!

Fergie just barely beat out Rachel Zoe in a supertight race for worst dressed of the week. But alas, the Black Eyed Peas' singer's homage to Mad Max in this funky Amen dress nabbed her the win—well, loss is more like it. Poor Fergs, the babe needs some divine intervention when it comes to dressing for the red carpet.

Meanwhile, British star Emma Watson certainly doesn't need any help. The Harry Potter star was perfection in her blue Elie Saab dress, chic pixie cut and bright red lip at a Lancôme event in Beijing. Congrats to last week's best dressed star!
