Is Paris Hilton wearing sloppy seconds at Cannes?
Mischa Barton first wore this Grecian-inspired gown to a DSquared party in L.A. last fall, while Paris picked the frock for a fete in Cannes.
Mischa kept her look fairly simple with a few bracelets, while Paris added a belt and headband to her ensemble.
We give Paris props for her fun accessories, but we're not sure we like the closed-toe shoes she chose with this summery white dress.
