The 54-year-old bride walked down the aisle in an ivory Priscilla of Boston gown, palming a bouquet of ivory garden roses.

And following the nuptials, the couple reportedly danced their first dance to the fitting "At Last" by Etta James, performed by their daughter, Sophie Tweed-Simmons.

But, Sophie wasn't the only performer that evening.

The couple's son, Nick Tweed-Simmons, also sang at the reception and the members of KISS rallied together and performed several of their hits as well.

In the face of ever-roiling rumors of trouble at home, largely pegged to Simmons' public persona as a nondiscriminatory lady-killer, the couple did the exact opposite of break up—they made things official after 28 years together.

As seen on last season's finale of Gene Simmons Family Jewels, the KISS bassist and singer popped the question while he and Tweed were on vacation in Belize. Season seven of the A&E series, which kicks off October 4, will chronicle the preparation leading up to their wedding day.

Nick, 22, and Sophie, 19, did the invitation honors, cordially inviting their parents' nearest and dearest to don "classy cocktail attire" and rock and roll all night.

"We will be united as a Family in title and spirit forever," the kids wrote. "There will no longer be a Team Tweed or a Team Simmons but instead a Team Tweed Simmons, and as annoyingly long as that is, We hope you're on it."

The couple's nuptials were taped for their A&E show, which will air in a special wedding episode October 18.
